My hair lost its waves?/?

I used to have nice way hair that I really didnt have to do much to it. After I started to use Herbal Essences (he purpleish bottle one) It started to loose the ways. Do you think its the shampoo or something else.Wha do you guys recommend?

I never use the same shampoo more than three times in a row. If I do, my scalp becomes really sensitive and itchy...it is just something I have had to live with my whole life.

As a result, I have literally almost every kind of shampoo and conditioner that you can buy on sale in my bathroom. And I rotate the use of each and every one of them, depending on the conditon of my hair on any given day.

I have found that the absolute best shampoo for my natural curls is "La Coupe - Perfect Curls", with the same brand conditioner.

I have also noticed that in hot weather, when you are naturally sweating more than usual, it is much better to use a light conditioner on your hair, so that it is not weighted down by oily product. Try conditioning only every second time you shampoo.

It is well documented that too much electrical activity in the brain will in fact act as an "anti-conditioning agent" at the level of the hair folicles.

It is probable that you have been doing to much soul-searching and deep thinking lately.

The suggested approach to solve your problem is to stop thinking so much!

Probably the shampoo if your hair stopped getting wavy after you started using it. You should probably use the shampoo you usually use, it seems like it works best on your hair.

At target get a three ringed curler they make your hair really wavy it works great! It's not like a regular curler. It's by bed head, I'm not exactly sure what the title is. though.

Trust me it does really work!

It probably is the shampoo. If you like the smell of it, try using some sort of styling product for holding those waves, OR change shampoos so you get your waves back.

They make some sprays that say something like surf styles or beach look that are awesome for helping the waviness in hair...maybe try one of those with the shampoo and see if the waves come back.

Also, your hair changes as you get older...mine has gotten curlier.

You may want to check out www.naturallycurly.com for tips and tricks and shampoos that work on curly to wavy hair types.

It could be weighing your hair down. Especially if it has a lot of conditioners in it. It could also be that your hair has grown out some, which will also weigh down waves and curls.

It's probably the kind of shampoo that says on the front that it gets rid of the waves or it's a straighting shampoo.... spooky...
