Indian hair care?

Naturally we are "hairy" LOL!

Ok, since i have been a kid, oil massage has been essential. Every week, i use coconut oil or castor oil for massage. You would want to warm up the oil a little. Eat healthy! thats one key thing everyone misses. Try not to use chemicals in your hair. I try to stick to all kind of natural products.

That's all i have been doing... honestly. Needless to say its genetic too.

YEA, use coconut oil, leave oil in for one hour then wash with shampoo and conditionair.Let it grow, dont comb in wet hair, and if possible dont use hair dryer, let the air dry it. I dont ever use any hairspray, if you need to then use a good company!!!!

HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... :)

Indian hair care?

Hi,

I have read in many articles that the hair care should start with your diet. A few tips are to cut down on refined, processed and canned foods, avoid using harsh chemicals on your hair. A warm oil massage 2-3 times a week will help you relax and provide nourishment to your hair. Coconut oil, almond or olive oil is sufficient. Avoid using brush on wet hair. There are many articles in the internet that are useful. I found this website that gives you many article relating to the hair care. Check this out:
