You definitely need to take her to the vet. One of our cats Princess got something kind of like this. She lost fur around her ears and up and down her sides, which made it look like someone took a automatic shaver to her. We took her to the vet and he gave us some medicine to put on the back of her neck and it began to grow back. But more recently she's been getting these scabs that when she scratches her fur falls off and that's a problem that we're going to take her in to the vet to get looked at, but definitely take her to the vet and get medicine, it doesn't get better on it own and plus, like u said, your hair is falling out too, yes they can pass it to you.
