I am 15 and used to put gel on but then stopped when i started losing some hair but now i shampoo everyday wirhout using gel but i still lose 6-8 pieces when ever i wipe my hair with my towel and also when i am doing shampoo.The dandruff stopped but the hair loss wouldnt. Any special shampoos or suggetions i can use??

dont use gel too much, it has a high achohol content and dries out the hair, and overuse can cause it to break. losing 6-8 strand of hair normal everyday you shed hair , and it is very normail. as long as you aren't balding you're fine
