Hair lost.....?

my dog is loosing her hair from the bottom of her neck so i took her collar of but the collar wasn't even tight does anyone know why this happens?

Could it be a hot spot? Sometimes dogs get infections on their fur and it causes hair loss.... Usually it will start out as a small spot and slowly gets bigger and the skin will probably look dry and flaky...If so - You need to go to the vet and they will give you an ointment which will clear it up in a few weeks.

Some breeds are just a little more sensitive to things rubbing on her skin, she could have dry skin which would make the hair much easier to fall out. Ask your vet if they can recommend a food to help her coat stay healthier, or maybe a supplement.

when u put a collar in a dog it effects the dogs neck it causes hair lost

could be mites. This is going to sound gross but it works. A mixture of used motor oil and sulfur painted on the afflicted area. The motor oil smothers the mites and sulfur cures the affliction.
