A good hair spray thats got an extreame hold is by: Schwarzkopf 'get glued',

if you can't find the label then it comes in a yellow airosol container, with a silver horn like thing where the hair spray sprays out of.

You could you a texture wax by pantene pro-v or by frutis garndier.

If a gel or spray makes you lose hair it's probably not the product but how you are using it.if you wash it out before you go to sleep,there is no reason for your hair to fall, by the way, some hair lose every day is normal
