I was having good enough and dense hair before 2 years. But now now the density right above my forehead had decreased much and my scalp is seen as there are only less hairs. I tried up using hair tonics like Mintop Forte, nd other similar oils of course with guidance of respective physician, but no improvement.

Well check your genes, if your dad or Grandfathers on your Mom and dad's side went bald before 23 or 30 the chances are 100% that you are going to be a Baldy as well.
