Mostly harmless! No health benefits at all.
In the few weeks I have been answering 'Health Answers' I have had my eyes really opened. I had no idea that such a high percentage of the population are so naive as to believe in the myths, potty patent medicines,illegal drugs,illegally purchased prescription only drugs, charlatans and just plain crooks, purporting or pretending that they can fix them.
What are the benefits of drinking peppermint tea and are there any drawbacks? Somebody told me you lose hair?

Very good for your tum and digestion - never heard that aout the hair before

I dont lose my hair :-o or i dont think so.
But i am not sure of the benefits - but i know i feel so relaxed when i have a cup in the evening. Plus i find it aids my digestion :-)
